Our events team at Bacaro will assist you at every stage of the planning and preparation for your event. We will listen to your wishes, make suggestions of our own and as long as you tell us your requirements, we can create a bespoke package tailor made especially for you. Our basic rates are noted below;
SUNDAY-THURSDAYBacaro is available to hire from 6pm-12am between Sunday- Thursday nights| Venue Hire: £50 Booking Fee (Non Re-fundable)| DJ Hire: £20 per hour. A minimum bar spend of £250 to all events.
FRIDAY/ SATURDAY NIGHTSExclusive use of the Venue between 7pm-11pm.Bacaro Club Nights operate every Friday and Saturday. Guests who book the venue for private parties are more than welcome to stay at the Venue after these hours but BACARO must be informed prior to event about Guests arriving after the 11pm exclusive use agreement. A minimum bar spend of £500 applys to all events on a Friday and Saturday Night| Venue Hire:£100 (non refundable)| DJ Hire: £20 per hour ( Bacaro pay for DJ from 10pm-3am FRI/SAT)| Security Door Man:£10 per hour (Bacaro pay for Security 10pm-3am FRI/SAT)
N.B. BACARO DO NOT TAKE BOOKINGS FOR 18TH BIRTHDAY PARTIES. FANCY DRESS PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED TO ALL BOOKINGS TAKEN ON A FRIDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHT. BACARO RUN A VERY STRICT DRESS CODE POLICY FOR THEIR CLUB NIGHTS. MANAGEMENT HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY TO ANYONE DRESSED INAPPROPIATLY.

Please note that Bacaro operate a strict door policy on a Saturday night- we advertise that you adhere to the following guidelines:
1. All persons that enter the club must be 21 years of age and arrive in amixed group.2. All guests are subject to the doors discretion and will be charged doorcover unless agreed with a member of the Socialite or Bacaro team.3. Guestlist does not guarantee entrance and will close at 12am.4 Tables carrying a minimum spend of over £250 must arrive by 11.30pmunless otherwise agreed.5.
